#picklevilleplayhouse #juanitobandito #welikeitmoymucho #friends #goodtimes #rainstorm #fullhouse

This weekend we had a full house!

Rain storm Thursday night. It was so cool!

The weather was stormy all week and we were afraid it would get in the way of our plans, but we were determined to follow through!

Friday night Tyler, Carlie, Abbi and Jana came over to our house to reunite dinner group. We grilled hamburgers (thank you Logan & Rachel!) played Imagine If, talked so much and laughed so hard. Once Courtney and her friend Rick arrived we had enough people to play our favorite game, Murder in the Dark.  My favorite quote from the night was Rick, "Is this real?" as Clayson killed  Courtney, Jana and me simultaneously in very dramatic deaths. We finally went to bed at 2am. We were just so happy to be together!

We started Saturday off with a big breakfast of pancakes and eggs. Then we headed off to Bear Lake for the day. We got Raspberry shakes before going to the Pickleville Playhouse to see Juanito Bandito. Courtney was the only one who had been there before so we were all really excited and it did not disappoint! We all laughed so hard! After, we went to lunch/dinner and had grouchy Spencer wait on us.  He was rude and did not get very good tips from us. We had originally planned to go through some caves as well, but the weather was not good (see the above video). Half the group still went, but we, who were not as adventurous, headed home for s'mores around our fire pit and Wait Until Dark.

Today, we went with Courtney and Rick to visit Troy & Aubree. Then they went to church with us and headed home.
Clayson and I are back to an empty house again.

Time to start planning the next quarterly adventure!

The Newlyweds

We're Married!

It was perfect  :)

Our photographer was the amazing Kylee Ann
Click on the above pictures to see more from our wedding.

We headed to Park City for our Honeymoon!
We had originally planned to do something more exotic or a cruise, but when it came down to it, neither of us really wanted to travel that much.
We're such homebodies  :)

Some of the highlights:

Get ready for a whole lot of selfies....

We went to the Olympic Park!

On the lift up

The Alpine Slide was our favorite.
There was no line so we did it a million times!

View from the Zip Line

I was so afraid to zip line, but it was so much fun! We did this one a ton too.

Ready for the Ropes Course!

Ropes Course #1

Ropes Course #2

The Drop Tower!
I was so afraid to do this.

We loved the Olympic Park!

We took a walk

and this is what we saw....

It was beautiful!

I took a lot of pictures....

and I mean a lot of pictures.

but, seriously....

how could you not love that sunset!

I may have been just a little picture happy.

Clayson was good to humor me  :)

Love it!

We went bowling!

It was the fanciest bowling alley I have ever seen!

They had couches!

and menus!
people even came around to take your order.

Clayson is a better bowler than I am....

but I beat him in basketball  :)
believe it.

We ate breakfast at The Eating Establishment

It was good

We went to the Nicklecade.
We probably spent like $8 on this game.

I hit the Jackpot!
There were lights and sirens and I was screaming and we drew a crowd of little admirers around us.
It was amazing  :)

This is what we got with our winnings

And this is what we looked like after eating all our winnings.

We are rich in Olive Garden gift cards, so we treated ourselves to dinner.

We walked around Temple Square

We went to Wicked!

Neither of us had seen it before and we loved it!

Not pictured: we went to an art festival, ordered pizza and watched a movie, played cards, ran from the police, drove through fancy neighborhoods, swimming (Clayson finally saw me go underwater) almost died driving home in an almost flash flood and enjoyed being with each other immensely.

Now we are home sweet home!

Clayson's pantry!

Since returning, we have opened a million presents (the floor was covered, you couldn't even get to the couch. thank you everyone!) organized, played softball, Clayson built an amazing pantry for us, organized, Abbi and Jared's wedding, Clayson's brother came to visit, organized some more, went to our new ward, Jana and Karissa came to visit, and did I mention organizing....

Life has been busy and I am ready to get back into the routine of life.
Things are good and I couldn't be happier  :)

Turn, Turn, Turn

My room is empty except for my bed and dresser. Sunday was my last time in a singles ward.
This week we will be in Burley for our reception and the week after that we will be married. It is so crazy!

I am so excited to take this next step in my life, but it is also a little bitter-sweet.
I have loved being single and living with and meeting such amazing people. I have learned and grown so much.

I have had so much fun!

I will miss staying up until 2 in the morning talking
Facebook stalking potential boys
Shopping trips
Pinterest parties
How will I get ready for church in the morning without three other girls to help me put an outfit together?

Girls are so weird and I love it!

I feel like a season of my life is closing and another is beginning. It will be a beautiful season, but it will be different.

I probably won't be up until 2 in the morning talking anymore, and I will miss that.
But on the bringht side, I probably won't be up until 2 in the morning talking anymore  :)

I keep having this song play through my mind:

I am one who is always looking to the future. However, I try to remember to find joy in the journey.
To live in the moment and enjoy what I have been given, because soon it will be gone.

I'm looking forward to this new time in my life and I'm so glad I can say that I have truly enjoyed the journey.
And I fully intend to enjoy the road ahead even more  :)
