My 6 Month Friend

I have a friend that I look forward to seeing about every 6 months.

I don't know her name.

But I do know that she doesn't like to talk on the phone.
I know that she graduated from college and was not married.
I know that she doesn't have a desire to travel.
I know that she is independent.

She knows these same things about me.

She is my hygienist.

Yes.
Every 6 months I look forward to getting my teeth cleaned at the dentist because I know who will pull me back.
And we always have the best conversations.

Plus I get a free toothbrush, toothpaste and floss.
Who doesn't love that!?

Well I have finally gotten around to that AWESOME post. Here it is!

Once upon a time last semester I took pictures for the Craze. They are being used on their website as well as posters and other advertising things. I'm told that there should be more put up soon. We'll see what happens.

I basically got to invite whoever I wanted for a private party with free Laser Tag, Miniature Golf, and pizza!

Jaren and I stayed up until 2:00 in the morning making my new button. It was quite the adventure!

The March of Haley and Bennett

It hasn't even been a full day yet and I already miss this boy! I will miss him greeting me every time I walk through the door with a big smile on his face, pointing and saying "Allie!" and his little voice asking "Where Allie doe?" when I go home. I'm so glad I got to spend time with him and his constant chatter and silly personality. I might be biased, but I think he's pretty cute  :)

I will also miss Haley. I am so grateful that she was able and willing to come up and help out. It was such a blessing! I loved getting to hang out with her! She is such an example to me and I look up to her. It was also just so fun to have them stay with us for so long. I can't wait for July when I can see them again!

This is "The Bennett Movie" that covers the last month of March that they spent with us. The song is one of Bennett's favorites (referred to as the "na na" song) and I can't listen to it without thinking of him.

The Forbidden Fruit

Today I partook of the Forbidden Fruit.

Twice.

It was lovely! So refreshing, rejuvenating, exciting, and freeing.

It touched my soul.

Today I played Tetris

and then I watched "You've Got Mail" with my roommates

instead of studying for my final like I should.

Best decision of my life!

At least for now......
